Business Tools

  • Cleanshot X

My favorite tool for screenshots, annotations, and quick sharing…all in one place. Bonus: images auto-delete after a week!

  • Notion

My all-in-one workspace to connect projects, tasks, and ideas, and link everything together in a way that looks clean and organized.

  • Miro

I use this to create visual workflows, map out ideas, and share concepts with clients.

  • Octopus

Similar to Miro, but made for building sitemaps and planning which keywords link to which pages. My favorite part is adding copywriting prompts to each section to make sure everything flows before I mock up the site.

  • Xodo Sign

Since I send fewer than 5 contracts a month, this is my go-to for sending contracts and collecting secure e-signatures. I can upload, track, and get everything signed without any printing.

  • Wave

A free bookkeeping tool I use to track income and expenses, upload receipts, and keep everything tidy for taxes without paying a monthly fee.

  • Zoom

Where I run my video calls, share my screen, and record client meetings.

Email

  • Google Workspace

My go-to suite for email, cloud storage, and document collaboration. I use it to manage my business email, share files, and work on docs and spreadsheets with clients in real time.

  • ActiveCampaign

My email marketing platform where I send newsletters, deliver lead magnets, set up welcome sequences, and tag subscribers based on their preferences.

Design

  • Adobe

I use Adobe for all my design needs: Illustrator for vector graphics, Photoshop for editing photos, XD for mockups, Lightroom Classic for color correction, and access to a huge library of fonts.

  • Canva

My go-to tool for creating branded templates for social media and websites. It’s great for designing everything quickly with drag-and-drop ease.

Video

  • Screen Studio

The tool I use to record my screen in crisp, smooth quality for a one time fee. Perfect for making tutorials and walkthroughs that look polished without extra editing.

  • Capcut

Where I create short videos and edit them using the transcript. It’s perfect for trimming, adding captions, and making content look polished fast.

  • Vimeo

Where I host tutorials, trainings, and videos I embed on my site—so they load fast and stay ad-free. Email me* to get 25% off your first annual subscription.
